Your Mission:

Everything related to acquiring consumers and brands (SEO/SEM/social media/newsletter/offline), content strategy, brand building, and building up a stellar team with a unique drive and vision.

You are the ideal candidate if:

• Strong intrinsic motivation and drive - for platform business models, B2B and B2C, sustainability, and telling stories
• Bias for action
• Willingness to fail fast and often
• Experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, and/or brand building
• Leadership experience
• Fluent in English and preferably also in German
• Part-time or full-time but willing to come on board full-time within the next 6 months

Mode of collaboration and how much risk to take?

We are preferably looking for a female co-founder and for diverse backgrounds. For us, diversity and equality should be part of our DNA from day one.
